Why I Created Shades of Shanta
As a woman of Indian and Italian heritage, I often struggled to find makeup that truly matched my skin tone. So I created Shades of Shanta—a beauty line designed to celebrate all shades and stories. Named after my middle name meaning “peace,” it’s about more than just cosmetics—it’s about confidence, culture, and being seen. My first launch, A Twist of Nauti, reflects my playful personality and love for the water, blending bold color with bold identity. This line was made for everyone who’s ever felt overlooked in the beauty aisle. Now, we’re taking up space—beautifully.
Makeup Gave Me My Voice in Pageantry
Before I ever held a crown, I held a makeup brush. Becoming a professional makeup artist at 16 gave me confidence—and that confidence gave me a voice. Pageantry became the stage where I could blend my love for beauty with purpose, using each title to uplift others and express who I truly am.
Through every competition, I’ve embraced my identity as a multicultural woman, an entrepreneur, and a performer. My passion for pageantry isn’t just about winning—it's about impact. From launching my charity Glamour for Hope to representing my community with pride, I’ve learned that when you lead with authenticity, beauty becomes a form of empowerment.
Glamour for Hope: Beauty with Purpose
Glamour for Hope was born from a deeply personal place—a desire to give back to women who’ve faced trauma, illness, or loss, and help them rediscover their confidence. Through beauty makeovers, wellness events, and sponsored gift experiences, I use my skills to create moments of light for those navigating life’s hardest seasons.
What started as a small idea became a mission: to remind women and children that they are seen, valued, and never alone. Beauty isn’t just surface—it’s a form of healing, joy, and empowerment. As I continue my journey in medical aesthetics and entrepreneurship, Glamour for Hope will always be the heart of what I do.

Education & Training
Completed my Medical Aesthetician License at the Florida Academy of Medical Aesthetics in Miami. I will also be attending the cosmetology program at Aveda in Miami to further my expertise in beauty and skincare.
I became a licensed professional makeup artist and spray tan artist at 16, and started working with clients while still in high school. These certifications laid the foundation for both my service-based business Glammed by Nauti and the launch of my own inclusive makeup line, Shades of Shanta.
